The Great Court has splendid acoustics and makes a perfect setting
for Operas. Läckö is famous for its opera productions which play
to audiences which assemble from all over the country. Regardless
of the weather, enthusiasts have flocked to the Great Court to enjoy
operas by Mozart, Rossini, Britten or even recently a newly commissioned
work for Läckö Castle "Magnus Gabriel" by the Swedish
composer Daniel Börtz.
