The doors are now open to our new restaurant concept in naturum Vänerskärgården Victoriahuset! Here awaits a taste experience where local ingredients and locally produced vegetables from Lilla Slottsträdgården are in focus.

Lunch with seasonal flavours

For lunch, we have a tasty menu that varies according to season and theme. There are three different main courses - choose between meat, fish or vegetarian - prepared with care by our kitchen team. For starters there is herring, bread and salad! 

Price: SEK 245 for adults and SEK 145 for children.

Dinner in a unique setting

In the evenings, an à la carte menu is served with dishes composed of carefully selected ingredients. Our sommelier recommends suitable drinks to accompany the food for an extraordinary overall experience.

Seasonal vegetables from our own garden

Many of the vegetables we serve come directly from our own castle garden, where the gardeners grow seasonal produce with care. The vegetables are carefully harvested and delivered directly to the restaurant. Sometimes they barely have time to leave the garden before they end up on the plate. During a summer visit, we highly recommend a stroll through the lush garden before settling down in the restaurant to enjoy dishes centred around the certified vegetables.
